The Love Connection - {Mesa, AZ Family Photographer}

I love what I do.  I really love what I do because I get to meet and get to know the most amazing people.  This family is one of those special families that has walked into my life and I am grateful for them.  The Mom of this clan is part of an amazing Women's Society that I had the privilege of helping over the holiday season last year.  I loved meeting her then.....and I loved photographing her family now!

Miss S is delightful.  You can tell that she is the apple of her parent's eye.  She has a tender heart and a beautiful spirit.  I had a blast with all of her outfits and finding the places and spaces to let her shine.

Okay, I'll admit it.  I have a soft spot for girls and their Daddies.  I firmly believe that it is a loving and empowering father that truly gives little girls wings to be brave and bold in their world.  This little girl will go far.

You can tell a lot about a man by the way he loves his wife and this couple radiates love, support and connection.  They are happy people.

Happiness is a Smile- {Phoenix, AZ Family Photographer}

This adorable family had their session with me this past weekend and I am still smiling as I finish up their edits.  I love that my business allows me to meet amazing people from all over and get to spend a smidgen of time with them.

These two kids were amazing subjects and simply so much fun to follow and photograph.  Like all kids, they were busy and into exploring and crawling on or over or in anything they could.  The were perfect.

Towards the end of our session I just couldn't help but take a moment with Mom and Dad.  I love the shots that I got.  Romantic and full of love.  Just as they should be.

3 Men and a Lady - {Phoenix, AZ Family Photographer}

Arizona is simply beautiful this time of year and absolutely perfect for picture taking.  This gorgeous family and I had a lovely afternoon up in North Scottsdale and I have been anxiously waiting to show their pictures.

As a mother of 2 girls I smile when I meet a mother of 2 boys.  We are equal parts "in the same boat" and "on opposite sides of the world."  Julie is an exquisite Mom and you can tell is the treasure of this 4 some.

Both of these boys were so busy.  I love to capture kids being kids.  Sometimes you just have to find what excites them and they will smile like crazy.  It's fun to find those spots.

This picture below is quite possibly one of my absolute favorites.  So much joy, love and family wrapped up in this image.  I just love everything about it.

I love weddings.  The part I love the most is getting to know the couple before I ever take their pictures.  I love stories and I really REALLY like love stories.  Katelyn and Chris have been waiting for this day for a while.  They have waited patiently and the Lord has blessed them.
