July in Colorado: 2 are Better than 1 {Phoenix, AZ Family Photographer in Denver, CO}

I cannot tell you how excited I was to not only take these photos, but to edit this lovely family.  This couple and I went to high school together and I have not seen them since we graduated.  I LOVE that Facebook keeps us all connected, but it was so wonderful to make the connection in person!

Their family is so much fun and I had a great time capturing these two who may share the same face, but are such different kids. 

I want to stop right here and speak to the sweet relationship between these two.  They grew up together and were high school sweethearts.  A lot of life has happened since we walked down the aisle to accept our diplomas I'm so glad the Lord brought them together so many years ago.  Their love story is sweet.

T Family, thank you for messaging me and for making these pictures happen.  It was so great to reconnect with you and I look forward to watching your family throughout the years!  Blessings!

July in Colorado: We are a Family {Phoenix, AZ Family Photographer in Denver}

This family is one of those that just light up my camera.  Mr. O has the best faces and is one of the happiest little boys I have ever encountered!  This little threesome right here is just one of the many ways I see hope in our world.  So much love here.

We chose Morrison as the backdrop for our little photo shoot and it was a perfect summer day for it.  There is so much texture and beauty in this little town.  It is very nostalgic for me and I had such a blast!

These two love to be in love and I LOVE to capture it.  Isn't it so romantic?

R Family, I love you guys and I am forever grateful that our paths crossed a couple of years ago.  You are beautiful people and I look forward to what lies in store for your family.

July in Colorado: The Blessings Abound {Phoenix, AZ Family Photographer}

Family.....one of life's greatest blessings.  

I am ever so grateful that I have been able to stay connected to this precious family.  We had to work some logistics out for this photo shoot, but I am so grateful we made it work.

Their family has grown and the grandbabies they have added are so, so so cute!  This right here is a very happy set of grandparents.

Sweet H Family, thank you for keeping me close to your family.  I miss living close to you, but know without doubt that the times we share are special.  You are blessed.

July in Colorado: A Perfect Day {Phoenix, AZ Family Photographer}

It is always so wonderful to get together with this family when I come into CO.  I love to see their family and watch Mr. O grow up.  This picture here is absolutely the best and so right on the money. 

If there is one lesson that I have learned in my years doing photography its that kids smile more when they are having fun.  That soccer ball brought O so much joy and I had a blast capturing it!

The sunshine was so bright and bold out by the river.  Sometimes I like to make my subjects small pieces in a much bigger landscape and this spot always delivers.

W Family, thank you for calling me and for spending your afternoon with me.  So much love headed your way and I am so excited to watch your family throughout the years!
