Our Beautiful Surprise- {Denver, CO Newborn Photographer}

Little baby girls are simply beautiful and precious beings.

I am so blessed to be able to have an artistic outlet that allows me to snuggle precious new life.  It is so hopeful, so joyful, so fresh.  The innocence of life is realized in the tiny eyes of a sweet new bundle.
Once again I had the immense pleasure of photographing this lovely couple's maternity photos and they asked me to do their newborn photos.  I am simply so happy for them.  This little girl is so loved.

It is rare that I meet a family who elects not to know what they are having before the baby comes.  Little Miss M was a lovely surprise for this couple and she fits so perfectly into their family.  I had so much fun taking their neutral nursery colors and adding just the right touch to bring the feminine in.  How precious is this baby girl?

Little M was so perfect and such a delight to photograph.
I couldn't help myself but to surround her with plenty of pink and ruffles.

This sweet family has gone from 2 to 3.  Miss M is beautiful R family.  I can't wait to watch her grow!

Big Love:An Afternoon Family Session {Littleton, CO Family Photographer}

Oh how I love family picture time!  This sweet family asked me to do their photos a while ago and I was so excited to find the perfect afternoon to capture them.

I know Jenni from high school and it is so much fun to see her family growing.  This bunch loves each other so much and you could tell in practically every photograph.

Even Barkley, their newest furry addition, was so happy and such a great part of the afternoon.  Mr. O was busy and on the go.  What a bunch of fun, joy and excitement.  The world is so big and Mr. O was all about discovering it.  By himself.....even though still a bit wobbly!
I couldn't help but take a few pics of Mom and Dad.  They are so in love with one another and it just makes me smile to see.

This little boy is so loved and such a perfect balance of Mom and Dad.  It will be so much fun to watch him grow.  I hope this family continues to make sweet memories....
 Like this one here.  Daddies are special and watching ducks is mesmerizing!

Thanks W Family for being awesome and for loving each other.  You guys were so much fun to photograph.

How Great is God's Love for Us - {Denver, CO Family Photographer}

I love pictures with perfect light.  I really really do.  Perhaps it is my personal style or maybe its because the brightness the light casts brings a sense of hope and joy to any photograph.  I love it.  This couple is one of my dearest and closest friends.  I have seen God work in amazing ways through this beautiful two.

And recently they added little, cute Miss A to the family.  Knowing them before they got married, while they were pregnant and now is such a complete blessing.

Life is s series of ups and downs, wins and losses, and yet through it all we can see God's great love for us.  Little A has brought so much joy into this family and represents such hope.  She is sweeter than sweet to boot with such a peaceful personality.....much like her Momma.

Sometimes pictures are a happy accident and this one was one such moment.  It wasn't posed or planned.  The Lord just allowed me to capture a tender snuggle.  When I discovered this gem, I couldn't help but cry a bit.  Two beautiful ladies.

Even though these friends of mine are many miles away and we only see them once in a while, I love them dearly.  Thanks W Family for letting me capture your family.  You have been blessed and are walking proof of the great love of the Lord.  Kisses and Hugs.

Trouble at the Capital - {Denver, CO Family Photographer}

5 years ago, I didn't have a brother.  Today, I do, and not just a brother, but a sister in law a nephew and a niece.  It's awesome.

I love how life sometimes surprises you and that to find true happiness and contentment you have to learn to embrace it, fully and completely.  Don't hold back.

Its been fun to get to know this brother of mine.  One thing is for sure, he is the troublemaker of the bunch.  While I was making straight A's and working hard to become teacher's pet, he was working hard at finding trouble and not getting caught.   I giggle about some of these photos.  There we were at the Denver Capital Building and he was convincing his family to climb on or over anything that looked climbable.  It made for some pretty epic shots to be sure, even if it made this straight laced photographer a little nervous.

One thing is for sure though, the women in this family are breathtakingly gorgeous.  They both have this long dark hair and these beautiful eyes.  The flowers...the ladies....picture perfection.

The O family is my family and I love each one of them bunches.  Hugs and Kisses Guys, you were fun to photograph!
