Enough to Go Around- {Family Photographer, Littleton, CO}

I'm biased, there is no doubt.  This family is seriously so special to me.  It could be the fact that the Momma of this bunch is one of my dearest friends and eternal running buddies or it could just be because I love a blended family.  Whatever it is I seriously heart them.

Little Mr. E above came only 2 months after my Evie.  Being pregnant together, running and having babies close together has been such a blessing.  She has 2 boys, and I have 2 girls.  It seems like a match made in heaven, and at least we are equal running pals.

Blending families is  not always easy, but its powerful.  Just goes to show you that there is enough love to go around.  What a fun group.

Love happens in the most awesome of ways and I love seeing a tender moment.  These two lead their family well and love in big ways.

This kid......is seriously the best.  Mr. C is full of life and fun.  He is busy and rambunctious and everything a boy should be.

And this.....one tender moment in the grand scheme of many, but just captures a little boy and his Momma.  I love this one.  Children bring such life.

G Family....you know I love ya!

Sugar, Spice and all things Nice- {Arvada, CO Family Photographer}

Once  again I had the awesome privilege of capturing this special family and boy are they fun!

This Momma and Dad are so full of life and so happy.  It really is so much fun to see and photograph.  I love families that just love each other.  It's special.
 Miss V is so full of life right now and in constant motion.   She is lovely, just like her Mom and full of all things spicy and sweet.

The Fall is the perfect background for  a walk in the park.

Little Miss C is growing up and is so precious.  I had the chance to photograph her as a new little newborn and it is so wonderful to get to capture her now.  Her sweet little blue eyes are lovely.  What a doll.

Thanks R Family for loving each other and letting me spend the day with you!  Your little ladies are so special with just enough sugar and spice.

New Seasons, New Friends- {Denver, CO Family Photographer}

The Fall here in Colorado is just the perfect time to get a great family photo.  The colors, the quiet, the sunshine, and of course, the fantastic subjects.

This awesome family is new to the area and I connected with them through a mutual friend.   What's even better about this is that they are runners!  I just love meeting new active friends.

I always think that my two girls are the cutest, but let me tell you, these two are giving them a run for their money right here.

I absolutely love meeting families that will play together and be silly.  There is no doubt that a playground is the perfect spot for that.

Welcome to the mile high state N Family!  I for one am so glad to know you and look forward to the many more miles we get to run together!

A Family Legacy- {Litttleton, CO Family Photographer)

A legacy of family and love usually finds its foundation with two.  Two very special people who have committed their lives together.

As the family grows, so does the legacy, and it is a wonderful thing to see.

This entire family is really special to me.  I think its because I have known them my entire life.  I am so blessed to still be a part of their lives and to now have the chance to capture their whole family.  My how they are growing!

Mr. J is too cute.  We had quite the time getting a smile out of him, but what a handsome little man.

H Family, I love you guys dearly and am so honored that you let me take these pictures.  I hope they are a treasure for you.

Your legacy is something beautiful.

Reclaiming Joy- {Family Photographer Centennial, CO}

This awesome twosome are college friends of Bob and I.  Ryan and Jessi are absolutely kindred spirits and although we live far apart, seem to remain one of those friends that distance cannot separate.   Ryan stood with Bob at our wedding and we were so blessed to be a part of theirs..... over 8 years ago.  My how time flies.

Their visit was far too short this past weekend, but it was wonderful in many many ways.  Without too many details here, just know that this photo shoot was a special one.  One that represents a battle won and a victory worth fighting for.  This breathtakingly beautiful woman here has fought a hard battle over the past several years of her life against an eating disorder that almost consumed her and Saturday was somewhat of a celebration for her.  I am blessed she chose me to take her pictures. Recovery is a beautiful thing.

And here is the man that has stood by her through thick and thin, who loves her now more than ever.  The joy in them is tangible.  Brings me to tears to think about it.

The colors and surroundings this time of year set the perfect backdrop to capture this time in their lives.  They are a beautiful set of people.

Jessi and Ryan, I love you dearly and am so proud of you guys for weathering the storms of life.  We are blessed to know you!
