Hello Sunshine! - (Aurora, CO Family Photographer}

I have known this wonderful family since before 1 became 2.  The Momma of this bunch was my college roomate and to this day a dear friend.

Our kids are so close and our youngest girls were born mere days apart.  It is so much fun to spend time with them.

Mr. B is such a sweet kid.  He is all smiles and fun.  He loves sports, running, playing and being silly.

Miss A is a smart little cookie and cute to boot.  She loves to sing, and play and can hold her own with her big brother.

The morning was full of sunshine even though it was cool and crisp.  Snuggling under the blanket seemed like a great idea to me!

So blessed to once again to have the chance to take this family's pictures.  I'm glad the sunshine was bright because your joy was even brighter!
B Family, you know I love ya!

A Morning around the Lily Pond- {Denver, CO Family Photographer}

I am seriously so blessed with the amazing woman that I have in my life.  This lovely Momma and her family are one of those blessings.  I will have to say, if you have little ones, MOPS is just the best place to meet wonderful other Moms.

I think this family is so special because #1 all of the kiddos are J names and #2 Little lady J is the doll of the family.  She is a lucky lady to have 3 awesome guys looking out for her.

There is so much to love about Wash Park in Denver.  I have taken so many pictures here and love it every time.  We had to dodge a little goose poop, but the reeds surrounding the Lily Pond were such a fun textured backdrop.

I always giggle when I photograph kids.  They are so much fun and sometimes the pictures you capture exceed your original expectations.  I love this one below.

Call me biased, but there is just something extra special about a little girl and her Momma.  Two very beautiful ladies.

G Family I had so much fun playing around with you guys.  You are such an awesome family!

Before the Winter Comes- {Denver, CO Family Photographer}

I am looking at these pictures while huddled in my house staying warm against the 12 degrees that it is outside.  The lovely fall evening that I had just last week with this awesome family has given way to WINTER.  We got together just in the nick of time.

These kids were fantastic subjects and I had a blast finding the perfect places for taking their pictures.  They discovered this little tree cave and it frames them just perfectly!

None of my photo shoots would be complete without a picture in a picture.  I love it when Mom and Dad play along too.  Especially with that yummy evening light.

After several minutes of sitting still, we just decided to play.  Fall leaves are the perfect fun!

Both of these kids wanted their own turns being swung by Mom and Dad.  I have so many great shots of this family strolling down the park lane and the smiles on these kids faces makes me smile every time I look at them.

So glad we were able to find some time together T Family before the cold blew in.  I had a blast!

Just let them Play- {Denver, CO Family Photographer}

It has been so much fun meeting new moms through my MOPS group.  This family is the extension of one of those moms and I had so much fun capturing them the other day.

The time change out here makes the days so short and the sun desperately attempts to run away before I feel done with my picture taking.  The lovely part about that though, is the fabulous sunsetty colors that show across the sky.

Whenever I photograph kids I am always amazed at how important it is to let them play.  Finding the perfect activity, like climbing a light post can result in the best candid moment.  Mr. E here is a busy little lad and yet we caught the motion just perfectly.

Mr. R here was a doll and such a quiet little guy.  He was fascinated with the geese and just loved snuggling with Mom and Dad for pictures.

......and the colors.  Beautiful.

On our way back to our cars we ran across this great cannon stationed in the park.  Both boys couldn't wait to climb all over it and I love the results.

I had a great time playing with you W Family!
